Accounting and Tax Associates, LLC – Certified Public Accountant (Uniondale, NY)

Analyze prospective transactions through calculation of projected revenues, expenses and profits. Review individual transactions to advise clients on how to structure transactions. Manage processes for accounts and payroll, prepare balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements. Maintain financial records and prepare financial statements. Prepare corporate reporting schedules, federal, state and city income and tax audits. Track and record monthly revenue and cash forecast reports, research invoices and cash allocations. Analyze budgets and conduct business valuation analysis. Assist clients with Offshore Voluntary Disclosure Program. Assist clients with SEC audits. Masters in Business administration required. 2 years experience as Certified Public Account with experience with OVDP and SEC audits required. NY CPA license required. 35 hours per week
